Origin of the manuscript: Der ältere Teil der Hs. mit den Makkabäerbüchern (pp. 135-290) bildet eine Ergänzung der unter Winithar geschriebenen Bibelbände (Nr. 1-7). Bruckner schrieb ihn dem Urkundenschreiber Waldo zu (vgl. die Zusammenstellung der Urkunden bei von Scarpatetti, in: Festschrift Duft 1995, S. 32f.), dessen Tätigkeit als Urkundenschreiber auf die Jahre 770-779 beschränkt ist. Ich sehe die Entstehung dieses Teils eher in der Abtszeit Waldos (782-784) oder Werdos (784-812). Vergleichbare Partien finden sich in Sang. 125, 185 u. 548 (Nr. 12, 13, 15). Der jüngere Teil mit den Büchern Proverbia u. Job scheint erst im 1. Drittel d. 10. Jh. entstanden zu sein, die voll entwickelte karolingische Minuskel passt auch nicht in den Kontext der Wolfcoz-Hss. (Nr. 18-21).
