| Manuscript Summary: | Manuscript Summary This manuscript of collected works is important to textual history and contains various works by Bishop Cyprian of Carthage († 258), including De dominica oratione, De mortalitate and De opere et eleemosynis, together with a tract by an unknown Irish author, De duodecim abusivis saeculi written by an unknown author, and the invocation of Gregory of Nazianz to the residents of Nazianz in Latin translation (Ad cives Nazianzenos gravi timore perculsos et praefectum irascentem) copied near the end of the 9th century at the Abbey of St. Gall. |
